This candle started life as a Bordeaux wine bottle. I cut, grind, and hand-polish each vessel before setting a braided cotton wick and pouring 11.5 ounces of coconut soy wax. Each fragrance is hand-stirred into the wax, then the candle cures for one to two weeks before it's ready to ship. Because every vessel starts as a real wine bottle, glass colors and textures vary - you might receive a green, amber, or brown vessel, some with a frosted finish - each one of a kind. Burns cleanly for 55-65 hours. When the candle's finished, the vessel is yours to keep — a small planter, a votive holder, a catchall for cotton swabs on the bathroom counter. Every candle is made in Big Piney, Wyoming with simple, straightforward materials and hand-finished technique.
Trim wicks to 1/4” after every 2-3 uses.
